| Hi all I rarely get time to post on the forums but as its bank holiday i've got a couple of hours spare and after browsing a few topics I thought i would add my own contribution in the form of my latest creation. The Insignia V2 Bench Press I don't scrimp on materials and this bench is solid as a rock, featuring face savers, adjustable barbell levers, safety bars, engraved uprights and stitched upholstery this bench will take anything you can throw at it. My family and health are more important than a personal best I was still gaining year on year and although i think i could of done more i don't believe the sacrifices made were worth it | |||

| Not to take anything away from Ed as that was a SUPERB lift but i wonder how much he is looking after his health? No human body is built to weigh 380+ lbs and lift 460kg + but at 26 and 6ft 2 its crazy. I wonder what steps he is taking to make such massive gains in relatively short time periods | |||
