Hi guys,

I have some questions regarding what should I do with my peaking in this case.
Im doing the 12-week coan's peaking cycle, but if i follow through i would be hitting my maxes like 40 days before the meet (my goal was to hit them 15 days before and then start tapering and deloading to be at my best at the meet)

What should I do, go back to the weeks of 5s of the program and start going back down again?
Im sort of confused, this is the first time im having this problem.

The 12 week peaking cycle for the 3 lifts. I plugged that into what was the 8th or 9th week of Sheiko MSIC because i didnt have enough time to keep doing sheiko 4-days a week. Im supposed to hit the heaviest load in about 3 weeks then start tapering for the meet.

Thanks man! Im trying to improve but this Coan progression is pretty tough to do without deloads if you are doing it natural. In hindsight I shoulda deloaded one or 2 weeks ago, the Squats still felt fine, but i hit a wall in deadlift and bench.

I guess you learn from your mistakes! Hope i didnt f**k up the peaking.

285kg x 3 Wrapless squat, 2nd set.
