I watched that vid with him doing them, I might be wrong but i'm sure it said they were zydrunas presses, of which there are a few on youtube. They also appear in the search results as z presses.

I've tried them the last two sessions and i did them legs straight out with the pins at clavicle height (but I have to sit on a plate to get the exact height)

I've been looking at medical insurance, got a few quotes, around £40 or so per month (for just me). If anyone's got medical insurance, how much do you pay? Cheers.

Ok. This happens with worrying regularity at my gym (when you consider that this is meant to be f'ing Oxford University, it's extremely worrying)

Picture this:
I'm resting between squat sets. I've got my belt and wraps draped all over the loaded bar and I'm actually sat right in front of the squat rack. I'm obviously out of breath from just having done a squat set and resting before the next one.
Some idiot then comes up to me, points at the rack, and asks: are you using this?

No, I'm just sitting here for fun but you can work in if you like.

Idiotic student: Nah, I'll just do some bench presses today! Confused

At our gym they come over and start taking plates off the bar while you're resting between sets...
