deadlifts - 70x5, 120x3, 170x1, 220x1, 240x1, 190x2 singles, 190x3 singles, 190x5 singles, 210x2 singles, 225x1, 235x1

something like that anyway

squats - 70 3x3, 120 (high bar) 3 singles

got roped into training with a few guys, was lifting with a 96kg sub jr(17) who pulled 210, 53-55kg jr (19)who pulled 150 [said he use to pull 180] and a 106-110kg M1 (47) pulls 280+

Close grip bench - 90kg 7x3
Behind the neck press - 20kg 2x20, 1x15

Early evening

Euro pinch - equipment + 30kg 5x8seconds hold

Pm

Deadlifts - to single of 230, 170kg approx 15-20 singles (getting back in the groove)

Squats (flat shoes) - 60kg 10+ triples.

Done weighted ankle stretch 3 times today, progressing it to feet touching

Narrow box squat - single of 140, 112.5 2x5
Front squat - 60x5, 70x5, 80x5, 90x5, 100x1
Deadlift to single of 220
Glute bridge - 2x20 @60kg
Hip abductor - lots of sets 8 sets

Low bar paused squat - single 140, 2x6@120
Paused Front squat - 70x3, 90x3, 100x3, 115x1
Stiff legged deadlift - single at 200, 3x5 @ 120 (slow eccentric)
Single arm deadlift - 110 3 singles each hand, 70 5 reps each hand
Leg curl - 5 sets of 20 very slow for rehab
Leg extension single leg - 3x20 each leg really slow
