training has been missing for the past 6 weeks, has been very scriptless and will be for the foreseeable future, have picked up a few niggles/injuries (high hamstring strain / knee flared up) - working heavily on technique / rehab looking along the lines of competing at nationals

hb squat - 177.5kg 1x5 - 2.5kg all time pb - last cycle +1 rep + 2.5kg pb

so my high bar 5rm pb is now higher than my low bar 5rm pb...

cg bench - 116.9kg 1x3 --- "fail" - should have been 4 minimum

down 3.8kg from my first "proper" weigh in, may grab some measurements come the end of this week.

all i done was stood it up. no walkout... felt weightless once the bar stopped ossccillating ...

Went for accessory then got roped into some squat walkouts - just the lift - got 340 and 400

Officially 5 ft now
