super impressive, looks like 470-480 max there
very interesting technique, he has a typical presser short arms phisique, but arcing his back makes the movement looks short and very smooth

i dont think anybody can come close to his deadlift this year
shaw maybe

andy bolton will be good for 440 no doubt

You only think he's a tool because you are one. He's earned himself legions of fans, inspired countless people and is making a good living off what he loves to do. He's also one of the strongest people to ever walk the planet and is in his early 20's. Who the f**k are you?

what is the IQ of people he inspires with such pathetic videos and words

"oh im so big and strong and nobody understands me, this is my war, we fight to survive""

I naturally have very little upper chest so is very hard for me not to use a lot of shoulders on incline. I explain these things because a lot of people have said i'm crazy / stupid for using machines or doing partial rom movements. Even when i say guys like zavickas or hall and many gym strong pro bodybuildings do the same things they still think i'm trying to take some easy option not using barbells every exercise or that if i used less weight with full rom i would get better results. They don't realise that partial rom / constant tension reps are often harder to do as they have never tried and they don't realise you can push your muscles more on machines with less risk of injury. Sometimes traditional is best, other times new/different ways are better.

i dont see how partial rom on shoulder machine will help u with lifing log from the chest
partial rom training with big weights for reps is very good for size but never for strength
form is everything

Agreed, even Big Z refers to him as the legend.

for sure

but he wasnt that consistant and progressive trough the years
peaked very early

maybe with modern training and drugs would have achieved unthinkable things
we will never know
