http://www.pullum-sports.co.uk/clothing-and-shoes/shoes/do-win... i got last years version of these i love them, they have a nice wide fitting, the addidas ones are quite narrow apparently. my mate luke (luuuuuuukey) has these he likes them, bit higher heel than addidas. good for the money. | |||

the heel helps with squats, cleans and snatches and the general solidity and stability helps with everything else. | |||

some olympic variants today POWER SNATCH bar x 10 40k x 3,3,3 45k x 3,3,3 HANG POWER CLEAN (HIGH HANG) 40k x 5 50k x 5 60k x 5 70k x 1 75k x 1 (pb) 80k x 1 (pb) i like the power clean from the high hang, as you don't have much "run up" they really help build explosiveness......if thats a word. | |||

bit of an unscheduled training session, id gone to lock up the gym for the night, one of the members had just started an being an all round nice guy didnt have the heart to chuck him out, so i thought id muck about while i waited! SQUATS bar x 5 60k x 5 100k x 5 130k x 2,2,2 just going thru the motions really, practicing technique STRICT PRESS bar x 5 40k x 5 60k x 4,2,2 ive decided on a mini goal of 60k for 3 sets of 5 on the strict press, was quite chuffed with this, should have in in a few weeks ![]() | |||

DEADLIFTS bar x 10 60k x 5 100k x 5 140k x 3 170k x 1 my heart wasn't in it tonight, plus im supposed to be going easy on my back at the min STRICT PRESS bar x 5 57.5k x 5,5,5 these felt pretty good, hoping for 3 sets of 5 with 60k next week CHINS 3,3,3.....yeah chins are not my strong suit! | |||
