We all know that he breaks every H&S rule in the book but there's no need to point it out when his bosses could potentially see this. I bet they're all a bunch of c**ts at his place so we don't need to make his life hard work! ? http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130303002226/logopedia/im...

I know a fair few people who have tried this type of thing and have ended up really falling out after an extended period of time . Adults living with other Adults is an awquard affair at the best of times and going off your online persona I've concluded that you don't easily accept that you are wrong ? And you like to be the alpha male .. This in someone else's house doesn't always work well and even guys who have moved out of their parents house and then gone back at a later date doesn't work well . You need to make sure you pay your way and do your fair share mate . Not just smash the garage up and tell everyone they are wrong every time they disagree with you ? Thoughts ? I'm actually about the most easy going person anyone could live, never start an arguement about anything and am well mannered and respectful in general. The difference is that when someone tells me i've not done something i have or trys to s**t on my goals then thats not something i will just take. I dont think i'm right about everything at all, i will fully admit i have a massive lack of general knowledge and have no problems doing so (i really dont care about most things). Also i didnt just develop training methods, weight loss methods etc myself thinking i know best, i developed these things off other people and through trial and error. The only 2 examples I can see of how you react to things are this journal (Gripping, very entertaining and may I say the best thread on SB) and the gentlemen's bodybuilding journal off BB.com I find it really interesting in that it's almost a full role reversal as on there you knew more than the journal owner, and told him his ways of training were none sense and even though he quite clearly had seen fantastic results you still quite rightly told him that his ways were still bulls**t in principle ! You have now become him albeit without the quite clear results he achieve yet still argue you are always correct wether it be lifting carpets, moving house, or your own unconventional training ideologies, tactics and even exercise choices. I love Paul Savage and I want him to do well but i,ve learnt in my life you have to keep your eyes open. You must except that you don't know more than everyone and try and take on board what your peers have to offer you ! I'm nobody but an observer . My bench is only 90kg, you don't need to take my advise

Paul, Thanks for your answer, them rolls are f**king heavy and since my vinyl episode I've a huge respect for what you do. Takes a really different type of strength to do that stuff, I couldn't do it. Things you do when you think you might get some action eh ?! Never again !

Paul, Can I ask a question please? And you may of answered this before but not while I've been a member of -Savage Forums- What is the process in lifting these carpets? As in talk me through a few scenarios of what you do with the carpets ? 500lbs a full roll ? Well no-one can possibly lift that on their own can they (even a double team would struggle so what do you do, cut some off first ?? Your the store man ? So when you get a delivery have you a machine to lift ? I'm really interested in this as you say this is where you gain your strength etc ? I had to carry a roll of vinyl for some blonde bird I wanted to bum and that was 100kg(ish) ! After I got it in the van and up her stairs the last thing on my mind was sex - I was f**king doubled up in agony with my cranked up spine smoking morphine !

130kg @ 100kg ? = f**k that ! What is this bet ? I'm thinking 150kg at 90kg was the bet, hence making my statement Paul Can you clarify the Bodyweight and lift involved ? |
