To what purpose are you using the info?
Doing a study or just curious?

In north america I have found out that 20,000 people died from falling. This however is an unreliable source here.

Toast for breakfast (just 2 slices that was it) Unhappy (200 calories)

first break I had a can of pepsi (what the hell!?) (130 calories)

Lunch : 2 packs of sandwiches, 1) roast chicken, bacon and salad, 2) roast chicken salad (1,000 calories total)
1 litre of semi skimmed milk (500 calories)

2nd break (now) 1 litre semi skimmed milk. (500 calories)

I will have to have a beasty dinner to get todays calorie intake up a bit. Me thinks KFC Big Daddy burger with Large fries and Drink and a Large Popcorn Chicken.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.
Those black axles look awesome! If I had the spare money I would seriousley get them!
Looks like a trip to the local construction site. £1 per foot seems fine. 8 foot bar 8 quid. Sorted.

Just want to know if anyone local to Brum/Cradley/Kiddy/Stoubridge has or knows where to get some cheap but solid scaffold or axle.

Sick of my weak double overhand grip!

Thanks

Mike

Just in the process of drinking 4 pints of milk and at lunchtime (2:30) I ate 2 packs of 2 sandwiches 500 calories each.
Man I will be 20 stone in no time Grin and got another pack in front of me at my desk.

The only way though to be as strong as on ox is to eat like one!

I don't use any supplements at all. Well I suppose I make my own if you coun't homemade shakes. (dont use creatine or amino acids or anything like that though) Just milk, peanut butter, and everyday food which probably contains creatine and those sorts of things.

I used to take creatine powder and felt awesome while taking it. So much more power I got from it. I stopped using though because the store I got it from where I used to work stopped selling it stupidly! Looking for a good alternative.

Any suggestions?

The top level boys seem to be getting stronger and Terry is still hanging in there. I'm sure he wont be at all upset, bloody strong field! Actually imo probably the strongest I have ever seen!!

I guess so. And Terry hasn't been strongman training as long as some of the top guys.

I just cannot wait for WSM.

I am just so pissed off with Channel 5 dropping Strongman though only to probably replace it with something crap like CSI MIAMI or some bulls**t.

I love the Bako Shake! aKa : The Heart Stopper

2,500 calories / 100g of protein

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter (236ml)
3.5 cups milk (826ml)
1 cup vanilla ice cream (236ml)
2 tbsp olive oil

Drinking all at once will result in immediate death,

that looks like a nice hearty drink there good for a snack lol

f**k 2500 calories in one drink is just crazy madness

haha well I adjusted the recipe and had a whole 500g tub of peanut butter instead. Was so thick I nearly died.

Took me hours to drink it! Every mouthful was a heaving party!!

Must have been a 4,000 calorie drink. Filled up my 1.5litre bottle too. Insanity!
