strong zerchers mate, when you down olympic again? Happy

Ta mate. Love Zercher Squats. I don't have the flexibility at the moment for clean style front squats so zerchers it will be to work the Quads.

The next time i'm off on a Sunday! What a s**tter.
Not this Sunday but the Sunday after I'm finally off. So looking hopeful for then!

Was too late when called Jason this morning.
If anyone pulls out I'm on reserve. But will need to know by the end of the week.

I should have just put my name down originally.

Looking for other comps in the mean bean.

Nice log pressing there mate. I like how you drive under the log on that second rep on 102kg. Good stuff.

That 132kg log was beastly. Props for trying it a second time and then you go for 137kg! haha.

When's your next comp my friend?

I love training alone.

A lot of common sense things in that article. I like it.

If you can't hit depth in single ply briefs how much weight are you going to need to use to hit depth?

And when you find that amount are you going to be able to stand back up with it?

well thats something im going to have to find out, i dont know why i find it so hard to hit depth! maybe i just s**tout when i feel the kit tighten up im not sure, again its something im going to have to learn to do.

Squat in a power rack with pins mate to catch the weight if you fail. You will feel much safer.
But I think just training without the gear is the best idea for most of the time! Get Deep!

Sounds like a good chalenge.

It is very easy to cheat the reps to the chest but 100kg will still make it hard!

And without straps it would be ridiculously hard unless you had Mark Felix's hands!

The plates look very small to be 20kg's.

No doubt this guy is strong looking at his other videos though.

Why did you switch grip and stance?

It was because of my belt giving me grief. Felt like it would hurt less with a sumo grip and I didn't feel unable to breathe with a sumo lift. Did not help much though so I went back to Conventional style without the belt.

I switched grip because I couldn't hold on to 170kg double overhand
