Deadlift 300x3 310x1 310x1
Sandbag carry 120kgx2 14m done this three times
Farmers pick.up and hold sets of 5 up to 135 for 23 second hold
Ab roller superset with chins

Close grip block press paused 160x5 180x3 190x2
Incline bench paused 150x5 155x3 160x2

Some pressing work today nothing g too extreme as only a week out from my first comp of the year!
Block press paused 4x5 160kg 1x3 170kg
Incline bench press paused 3x5 130kg
80kg circus dumbell 3x3
g axel strict press 3x5 95kg

Starting this journal just to keep track.of my training and progression any tips feedback would be grateful! Goals for this year are to win bits 105 and get a bit of experience in opens!

current pbs:
Squat 300kg
Deadlifts 340kg
log strict/push 140/155
Axel strict/push 140/165
Farmers 160kg
yolk 370kg

Today's session:
Deadlifts of block standing on platform! 300kg 3x3
Rope pull ups 1x10
Seating rope rows 3x10
Rope pull downs 3x10
dumbell row 3x10
first time doing rows in ages got pumped lol!
