Enjoy pal. Enjoy
See how I don't care that you say 163, clearly aiming at my current 162.5kg PB. Troll c**t

Lol yet you care enough to point out that you don't care??? and why are you trolling my thread and using foul language? This is about push pressing not my lifts.

Wasn't aiming at you really, I get about 7 or 8 kg from bouncing in the squat....

Chill man... yet just some friendly banter. None one really care about what any of us lift. We are just specks of dusts in this galaxy

I am getting stronger. Have been getting stronger for 12 years / have done higher level strength feats than you plus the vast majority of this forum along with making better progress than the vast majority (not that i don't take in everything everybody says and thats no matter there strength level). If you don't like my methods, don't use them.

What's your titles/records?

This and Alexeev's are not strict presses . There is a lot of technique .

Sorry but Z can't hold a candle to the Olympic level pressers!

I'm sure Alexeev/Reding can take 15kg off the bar and press it with poor technique!

Your mums a crude remark.

Thanks. I wish you luck on your quest to obtain a 1.2x BW bench. xoxo

n3ver3nder said:-Because it can be used for overload to get past strict press plateaus.
-Because it requires less skill and timing than a jerk.
-Because your mother's a whore.

No need for the crude remark

I see man... my bad...

Whats your max log by the way?

yeah, weightlifters run in the snow and lift tree trunks as well.. might also give that a go (not before understanding the biomechanics of snow running and tree lifting first though)

lol just joking mate, but seriously what's the benefit of push pressing? A lot of pushpressing I see on this site and in real life are just people doing really unrefined jerks or people using there legs during self-proclaimed strict presses... Why pushpress if one already Jerk/Strict press if I'm not a circus man or strongman?

Are you blind?

The judges passed it so its a good clean lift

Strict = no leg movement
Push press = strict + some cheating with legs
Jerk = gymnastics with barbell

Anything else I'm missing????

A lot of lifters have strict pressed more without bending their legs!
