I asked OSG the other day, they said they've not had yoke or stones in years. When I've been there I've seen a tyre or two but no real space to flip it and a bar set up for 18 inch deads (might be axle) plus the logs  I thought Mill Gym is no more, one of the top google results in the property for sale and their facebook hasn't been used in ages. But it'd be a nightmare by public transport anyway. | |||

| I'm sure it's been asked before but google isn't getting me anywhere fast. I'm looking for yoke, stones, farmers and some sort of loading, I'll settle for a few of those. I'll travel a fair bit if the gym's worth it. I can do log at OSG but it has pretty much nothing else now. I've asked the cross fits. 3D says no so the rest aren't looking promising. Barbarian in Bolton looks like it has a few bits of kit but no yoke, loading or stones. Elite Performance in Stockport needs a member to sign you in so don't want to go that far to hang around outside hoping someone will. And I'm not sure it has much kit. Everywhere else I've found mentioned either doesn't exist any more or is too far/near impossible by public transport. Am I missing something? | |||

| I'm happily in the grey area 2 years after graduating. I graduated and easily got a decent job which the big catch of it being 14hrs a week. After a while I couldn't find something to fit in with it so took a £12k internship. I realised I was not particularly happy so left at the end of my internship though if I tried I would have had very good odds of a permanent good job. I thought if I don't do it now then I don't see when bumming about is ever going to happen. I went travelling. By most people's standards I'm being incredibly boring but I'm much happier. I don't feel any rush to join the world of sensible grown ups so long as I am happier this way. But when I do I now have a much better idea of what I want in life so expect to be much happier when I do get round to it. Though I'm not looking forward to those months in between of living with my parents while I job search. | |||

| I got 27 reps the other week. I think I had more in me but I started to get light headed from not being able to get enough air in. The cramps that evening put me off trying again with a better breathing from the start. | |||

| Thor's 420 didn't look all too easy but the work up to it wasn't kind. Benni seemed to think he could have a go at 445 but I didn't see it since his 420 was a lot slower than Benni's. I think he could well do 440 with less previous reps/more rest though. I'm fairly sure 420 was without a suit- maybe WSM inspired him to learn to use one and he'll get more. | |||

| I watched Wales strongest man on TV in Norway around Easter 2013. It was weird in itself but also because it was youtube quality filming and sound so bad I couldn't work out a word said. If it's shown in Norway then it's about time it got some Welsh coverage. | |||
