The quads seemed to both tear as he dipped for the push overhead, could this be as a result of the below-parallel squat beforehand or what. I’m not sure it was a result of the log landing on his knees.

Although both quadriceps tendons completely broke in the accident, surgeons here in Columbus were able to reattach both and the prognosis is good for a full recovery. The other great news is that his left ankle is not broken. He thanks all his fans for their notes of concern." This is awesome news

If you need a lever that you don't need to adjust then I think you've just justified the cost. It's an amazing belt anyway but the mechanism is a game changer compared to every other belt. I’ll bite the bullet and just buy it then The Cerberus belt should offset some of the pain when sold.

Luke 3rd maybe? Joint 3rd with Bobby, but if they use count back then the log win should give it to Luke.

Rob still leading after the log, but Martins is right up there in 2nd only 0.5 behind now. Luke won the log with 470lbs/ 213kg.

Thanks, but it isn’t; adjustable without tools, no use to me.

Anyone got a voucher code for SBD? I want a lever belt but I’m struggling to justify the £180 cost. To my cost l learnt that SBD seem to be the only lever belt where the adjuster holes are on the non-lever side, if you know what I mean. I bought a new Cerberus £110 belt but found that it can’t be adjusted without unscrewing the lever and this doesn’t work for me.

JF looked like he was still doing warm up reps for all his attempts, dominated it for sure. Rob to get 2nd in both events is the standout for me. He may not be able to get the timber carry off the floor, so it seems everyone is going to have an event they suck at to keep the points close. |
