130kg log for reps x6 loading medley 80,100,120kg barrells loading medley 80kg keg,100kg stone,110,120kg keg 80,100,120 keg 80keg,100 stone,100,120 keg. Also I did x2 PBS on log 152.5 and an easy 155kg log didn't film as I thought I would not do it | |||

| Cheers nial your a strong guy mate you will progress mate. I have put a bit of size on and my strengh has gone up alot since the lanc comp i was gutted I didn't qaulify for the expo. Oh well next year see you guys soon UK north next. | |||
