"life aim" you say? Well...
I'm no expert but I'd say unless you plan to stop lifting in the near future your life aim may rise very soon.
Very strong sir.

I enjoy your confidence in me! Happy

Thanks everyone for the kind words, on to the next aim!

A few months ago I uploaded a comp vid where I dropped a 265kg deadlift at the top for the second time. I took everything on board people said regarding grip work, included dead hangs, farmers and hammercurls (armgains). As well as holding my reps longer at the top

Was having a deload week but feltgood, was fresh aftera few days rest and was on the back of a 220kg squat sunday so had some potentiation from that. 12kg pbfrom comp best (7.5kg if u counted the dropped lifts which I did Wink

The plates at the gym are ivanko pound plates so it's always slightly over. Keeps the math interesting.

summer is here, everyone wants to be sub 12% Cool

I think at the lighter classes there is no excuse to be above 15%, I hover between 14-17, time to get as muscular in said weight classes as possible!

Bench

Light, easy. Again good for technique and movement patterns

SLDL, Beltless

100x3
140x3
165x2
180x1
190x1
200x1 PB
180x5 PB
180x5
180x4+1....took a step back and re-set up. Not a failed rep, just ensured i made the lift well.

any set over 2 reps I usually have to step back, must be really fast twitch and CP developed Tongue

How you finding SLDL? never done them personally for a long run but use with clients I coach and get good results off
