Romania deadlifts 100x6x3 months training done, again gone so well that ill put smolov off again, cant complain about making gains but so surprised I haven't started missing numbers or plateuing after 6 months of the same work. Second half of week thurs front squat 60x5 80x5 100x3 120x1 140x1 150x2 mil press 67.5x5x3 pendley row 85x8x3 sat def deadlifts 205x3x3 kb swing 54kgx15x3 chins +25x6x3 sun 04.05.14 squats 60x5 100x5 120x3 140x3 160x1 180x1 195x2 slight touch on the second rep, may of been a grind otherwise bench 115x3x3 rom deads 90x6x3 good week, after some advice im trying a slightly narrower stance on squats, deads are really flying and im hoping to pull 270 kg at the bdfpa 4 nations in aug, before then though think its time to run smolov jr for squat after nexts weeks training. | |||

26.04.14 squat 60x5 100x5 130x3 155x1 175x1 192.5x3 pb last rep lost balance slightly, but regained just in time to finish, was tough but happy bench 112.5x3x3 romanian deadlift 80x6x3 face pulls 10x3 good weeks training with some decent pbs, still undecided whever or not to run smolov base next month, will wait to see what next 2 weeks are like, been on this training plan for 4.5 months, it's worked brill but think im reaching its limit..... | |||
