Wed 10/11/14 dropped weight on everything bar squats had a cold so was hesitant to go for set numbers, but gave it a go! 60X5 100X4 140X5 180X3 210X1 230X1 245X2 +1F- WAS SLOW, as expected, 3rd just wasnt there bench tech 85x6x3 superset wide pullups 10x3 Thurs 11/12/14 paused squats 150kgx3x3 all fast 165x1 175x1 smooth bw split squat ss pull-throughs 8x3 dips bw_+20kg 6x3 superset trx 8x3 curls n tings 8x2 Friday 12/12/14 bench 107.5x5 good! 112.5x3 tough 117.5x1 tougher superset chins bw +20x6 +25x6x2 kb row 24sx8x3 swings 32kgx12x3 | |||

Last 2 sessions... 08/12/14 squats high bar 60x5 100x5 120x3 140x2 167.5x6 177.5x4 187.5x2 all tough bench press 105x5x5-tough, but slightly easier than last months seated row 8x3 Tue 09/12/14 mil press 40x5 60x3 75x3x3 superset chin-ups +25kgx5x3 Incline press 80x6x3 superset db row 24sx8x3 bad times.... bicep has gone... gonna rehab as much as i can, hopefully not as bad as last time | |||

Last few sessions Squats 145kgx3x3 paused 162.5 +172.5kg sinlges paused 202.5kgx1 182.5kgx3 172.5x5 Bench 105x5 110x3 115x1 all nice and easy training well at the moment, low bar squats are getting better weekly, with the last 2 weeks a lot more confident of depth in comparison to before! | |||

Bench tech work 85x5x3 all paused- all felt nice superset wide pull-ups bwx10x3! Last couple of sessions highlights Squats low bar paused 145kgx3x3 160x1 170x1 Bench 102.5x5, 107.5x3, 112.5x1 all nice and easy Deadlift 233.5x5 pb! 1kg up but alot smoother than when i did 232.5 a few months back! other light assistance work, toying with pull-throughs atm Squats later on today | |||

First less back after a weeks planned deload... Mon 24/11/14 squats highbar 60x5 100x5 120x3 140x3 155x8 165x6 175x4 All nice and smooth, and to good depth, which is the focus of my squat at the moment Bench 60x5 80x5 100x5x5- all fast, happy with this, even though it is light! seated row- 8x3 Rower sprints 30:30x3 batteries out on rower, but wanna try and get some dec rowing times in this month! | |||

11/11/14 military press 30x10 50x5 65x2 75x3x3-extremely tough, but just under current bw so happy to be pressing heavy overhead again! paused close grip incline press 60x5 80x6x3 all superset with chins bw+20kgx8x3 penally row 75kgx8x3 Nice short session with plenty left in the tank as planned! | |||
