Todays session wed 14/01/15 deadlifts 60x5 100x5 140x3 180x2 210x1 230x1 247.5x3 pb! much needed after last few weeks missed reps, today felt great, first 2 were quick(ish), 3rd was slows but unhitched. Post Edited: 14.01.2015 @ 18:01 PM by lrogers75 so i then brought the gopro hero 4 silver, which also has a display (none of the others do), which looked so much better[youtube] the gym is dark anyway, but even in mildly dark rooms it wasn't the best, if your gym is v light go pro hero would work fine if you do decide you want the standard hero, i still have mine and you could have it for a decent price | |||

Sat session Squats worked up to a 200kg single-fairly slow, was by myself and atmosphere was s**t so happy to get this really! 187.5kgx5-so tough, and felt horrible, looks better on vid than it did! 5 Rep pb Mil press 67.5kgx5x3 superset facepulls 15x3-bands deadlifts 150kgx3x3 nice and quick | |||

Last few sessions on the big lifts Squats 150kgx3x3 all paused 165kgx1, 175kgx1 all paused Bench 107.5x5 112.5x3 117.5x1 v easy slingshot 125kgx1 132.5xf-shouldnt of tried this, felt heavy and was fatigued Deadlifts 242.5x3 +1f, misgrooved rep 3, first 2 were quick, 4 got just below knee | |||

Monday 05,01,15 squats 60x5 100x5 120x3 140x2 162.5x8 172.5x6 182.5x4 All smooth, but volume is tough! Bench 105x5x4 105x4+1 with the slightest touch, which was weird as last set felt great... Seated row 8x3 squats feeling good atm! | |||
