247.5x3 pb! much needed after last few weeks missed reps, today felt great, first 2 were quick(ish), 3rd was slows but unhitched. Forgot to charge camera... novidnolift

so i then brought the gopro hero 4 silver, which also has a display (none of the others do), which looked so much better

the gym is dark anyway, but even in mildly dark rooms it wasn't the best, if your gym is v light go pro hero would work fine

if you do decide you want the standard hero, i still have mine and you could have it for a decent price

I brought 1 for lifting, i first brought the hero one (£94), but it wasn't very good in dark light,

worked up to a 200kg single-fairly slow, was by myself and atmosphere was s**t so happy to get this really!

I think doing a couple of heavy reps after your normal heavy top sets works wonders. (Just like I've done for the last few months)
Hard to say why, but unracking the heavy weight, feeling it in the hands and repping it adds great confidence when working with bigger lifts IMO.


That was my plan, struggled first week but hoping to handle some heavier weights, pretty much for why you have said!
