To the fitness village myself and Sheridan wray 2.15pm. Big squat day.

Warm up then
140x2
150x1
160x1
170x2 second rep way to high
170x2
170x2

Deadlift

145x4
150x4
155x4

I was supposed to only do one set at 170 but made a complete mess of it. Haven't been this heavy for a while. The weight played on my mind a bit wasn't as aggressive as normal. Got a bollocking off shezz your f#}*ing doing that again that was s**t . "I've never seen you squat that high ever" was shezz's comment.
Regrouped got my game face on here we go. All good depth good strong reps decided to go again pleased I did again good work plenty strong enough just the weight I think there's a lot of psycology to this game at times.
All in all pleased how it went. I am going to repeat the 5 week cycle again cannot wait for week two lol lol

To the fitness village myself and Sheridan wray 4pm

Squat

Warm up then

160x3
167.5x3

Dead lift

Partials
100x8
100x8
100x8

180x1
180x1
180x1
Took it easy today squat as per program. Just did some light singles on deadlift and some partials focus on below knee thrusting hips through to lockout .(shaging the bar)
Just can't say no think I'm addicted or is it driven ? Lol lol

Nightmare day didn't think I'd get a workout in today decided to go to all rounders if I could make it .
Got there 6.30pm everybody deadlifting so jumped in alan twigg persuaded me to go for a pb 227.5 off program wot the hell

Deadlift

Warm up then

190x1
205x1
227.5x1pb(fail)
220x1pb

Benchpress back to candito

Warm up then
100x3
102.5x3
107.5x3

Rep out 90x8

Missed 227.5 just below knees considering all the heavy squating and trap bar work I did on Wednesday pleased I got it off floor
And then to come back and pull 220 a lot to think about
With a proper rest 227.5 maybe more??230??
Am I getting beyond myself always the same when I miss a lift throws up lots of questionsRoll-Eyes

All going well quality work once again bill. It does make it harder pausing I tend do my reps and pause the last rep on each set.

A lot easier mate starting position higher for a start and your arms by your side so you can lift a lot more I've lifted 235 for a single in past using a trap bar
