Nice session decided to use the SSB for all my squats tonight.
Bench press all reps paused found them relatively easy plenty left on the 5's could have done more

Did a few sets of deadlifts working on form

Only managed 7 reps @147.5 hoped for more just ran out of energy rather than strength. The 5x3@150 was tough a few ropey reps
All in all went ok

It doesn't feel like it bill my shoulders are pissing me off
Moving into the 10 max reps 147.5 followed by 5x3 150 with 60 seconds rest phase not going to be pleasant lol lol
But before that Safety squats 5x5@127.5 on Sunday
I'm hoping to squat 180 in yne open in November

Steady Saturday session no extras today moved my hand placement in closer inside rings to take stress off my shoulders which felt ok
