» Best pinch block width for training for the inch (Go to post)27-07-2017 @ 11:25
Thank you for your replies.
I have everything there for training. I will do plate pinch then.
But how should i train with the fat gripz ? The last time i tried could lift a 72.5kg dumbbell with the blue fat gripz. The last couple of training sessions before my pause i did fat gripz DOH holds with a barbell 100kg for half a minute. Also got 100kg x 8 reps deadlifting DOH with the orange fat gripz.
Based on these numbers, could you give me an example for a short routine, as i don't really know how i should train. I never know when its too much or how i could increase volume or weights without overdoing it.

I already have them. But Paul Savage told me once, that training pinch would be very helpful for that matter too.

6 foot 8 at least. Because of the large hand advantage.
I would only compete at 5 foot 4 for bench....

Hi,

i want to buy myself a pinch block to train my thumb. My goal is to lift a solid globe inch dumbbell and getting better at fat gripz deadlift.
There are pinch blocks with 50mm and 100mm width. What would be better for a 2.5" thickbar deadlift?

Thank you

Thor Björnsson would unleash the viking.
Also magnusson. He is very relaxed but can amp himself up pretty good.

Yeah - sorry for the confusion.
470kg is a mere 1,036lbs. Happy

Did he fail his third attempt?

Samuelson was natty...
Whats going on here..im disapointed guys.
Samuelson is currently running some good test cycle. The shape of him and vascularity.. this is not near natty, let alone his competition days.

I am quite suprised too that people really think this is true.

Cyplenkov did 170kg with ez bar.
He has the strongest biceps in the world and is strictcurl world record holder
And to this day i still have never seen someone do a 140kg straight barbell curl for reps from anyone and with that form.
