Just a short one on grip tonight. Took longer than expected to finish sorting the rack and platform out. All done now though, nothing left but a few cosmetic touch ups and they can all wait a while.

Rolling thunder

up to 85 * 1 - PB.

I was in a bad way by i got to training today.
2 days of moving furniture and setting up house had me tired, coupled with only getting 2 or 3 meals a day meant events was always going to be an uphill battle.
Yoke was very very slow. Tried a set on 400 after the 320s, but it wasnt happening, only managed a few steps.
Tyre felt heavy, but conditioning was a bit better than last week.
Farmers werent bad, but nothing to brag about, i was just spent by i got that far.

For a cheap one i hear decent things about the Ryno cages. They are all over ebay and fairly cheap for a 350 rated cage.

Felt really stiff tonight, no idea why, ive been doing my stretches, and had a fairly easy shift at work.
Tomorrow is supposed to be heavy deads, but it could get pushed back till Saturday depending on how the move goes.

They eat plants all day and absolutely no meat or anything like that.

This is a common belief, and just plain wrong. If the opportunity is there most primates will go to town on meat. There are some fairly graphic images on the subject if you want to see proof.

This was just a conventional team comp. D Unit was the only woman involved, all other teams were two men.

Why would you be teaching someone to pull from their toes?

If becca has anything like the genetics you claim 5 months would be more than enough time to place at UKs. Genetic freaks have achieved more with much less prep time.
