Mr Page is clearly cheating on you haha!

You must be a very proud coach though Tom. Aarons performance and continued progression is nothing but inspirational.

You know it's easy when Tom isn't shouting UP UP UP UP UP UP in the background!

Another impressive lift from Mr Page. A true specimen for sure.

I believe that Ox dropped an atlas stone on his foot once... And it was a very serious injury.

I don't mind an older minge and in my single days I have been to war in the bedroom with a few crafty veterans... But that is a just a disgrace!

I would opt for the smaller one mate, and then go from there. I was in a similar position and went for the bigger one at the time. Wish I'd gone smaller now.

The first few times I did stones, my fore arms were black and blue for days... Brutal stuff!

Do any of you guys use tape on the forearms, or just tacky onto the skin?

I get it direct from here.

Thank you kind sir, is that stuff ok to work with hands and apply without warming up first? Or will I need to heat it prior to applying it?

Time for me to man up then!

Thank you very much for the help and advice.

I thought that that the higher the ply, the stiffer the sleeve and the greater the carry over?

I was going to buy some triple ply odins from strength shop but was told that they are banned in my upcoming comp. Where as single and double ply were ok.

Do I just need to man up and forget sleeves, or can they add a few kg's to make a difference?

Thanks for the reply, I'm really trying to increase my log pressing so any little tips and advice is welcome.

I've got a pair of rehband elbow sleeves but they're the model down from yours, but will order some single ply ones too in the hope that I get some carry over in the press.

Thanks Hixxy, most appreciated.

Cracking vid Hixxy!

Do you rate those Rehband sleeves over the Hercules single ply ones from Strength shop? Also, do you press with a thumb less grip too? Does it help with the heavier weights?
