Burpee deadlifts. One of the horrible exercises a had to when I was boxing. Used to do body weight for 4 minutes but I only weighed around 80kg

Managed 210kg failed at 230kg. Was really disappointed with this but thought ad post it anyway. My back let me down today think the grip would be good for 260+ if my back wasn't off and I was having a good day lol

Thanks for the info. Al be having a go at a few if those next grip session. I tried one arm deads tonight and managed to get to 150kg nd failed at 160kg.

Tried a little bit grip training today first time I've specifically used a session to focus on grip. Tried a few new exercises but unsure on how to train to get the best results. Anyone got a good routine I could do once or twice a week just for grip

I'm not sure I've only ever tried reps not max on DOH I managed 200kg for 8 reps
