By getting conditioned to taking a punch and moving around the ring. Have you even had a punch in the face before?? When u spar and get hit regularly you get use to it and it becomes a lot easier to react. That's why every boxer spars to prepare for fights

If you have never sparred a few rounds with a half decent boxer please don't consider having a real fight. Boxing is a dangerous sport and you will most definitely get hurt if you underestimate it. You need few hundred rounds sparring before talk of boxing. Only my opinion but I am speaking from experience

Varies massively I eat anything I can. Make sure I have a large breakfast 6 wheatabix full fat milk large banana then half hour later scrambled or poached egg on toast then anything I can get my hands on. Normally a couple tins of rice pudding a day aswell

You will have to blend it in parts due to. Blender size and buy the biggest water bottle you can get empty into there and try to drink within one hour


Disclaimer the recipe will get you fat as f**k when consumed daily

I'm 6'1 mate. I'm wanting to be around 20 stone by January not bothered about been too lean just not a fat blob haha.
