How would you ever learn boxing if you went 300 rounds without ever talking boxing?

By getting conditioned to taking a punch and moving around the ring. Have you even had a punch in the face before?? When u spar and get hit regularly you get use to it and it becomes a lot easier to react. That's why every boxer spars to prepare for fights

If you have never sparred a few rounds with a half decent boxer please don't consider having a real fight. Boxing is a dangerous sport and you will most definitely get hurt if you underestimate it. You need few hundred rounds sparring before talk of boxing. Only my opinion but I am speaking from experience

Personally I'd say once a day for a couple of weeks and see how your weight goes up, if you're still not happy with the gain then I guess just go for it!
What are your other meals?

Varies massively I eat anything I can. Make sure I have a large breakfast 6 wheatabix full fat milk large banana then half hour later scrambled or poached egg on toast then anything I can get my hands on. Normally a couple tins of rice pudding a day aswell

Ramsay777 said:When I was trying to put on weight I used to make this shake every morning for my breakfast:

500ml blue milk
2 scoops of whey (I find found banana or vanilla worked best)
1 large banana
100g oats
1 big dollop of peanut butter

Blend that sucker up and neck it, if I recall correctly it was around the 1500kcal mark and could be made and consumed in around 2 minutes Happy

I like the sound of this will try this 2x a day only on training days and 1x a day on my days off. You think that will be alright??

milsy said:2 litres chocolate milk
1 tub of melted ice cream
2scoops whey
3 scoops waxy maize
2 scoops dextrose
50g oats
2teaspoons coconut oil
2teaspoons Udos oil
4 eggs

You will have to blend it in parts due to. Blender size and buy the biggest water bottle you can get empty into there and try to drink within one hour

Disclaimer the recipe will get you fat as f**k when consumed daily

Don't like the sound of drinking raw eggs haha

How tall are you mate and what's the goal bodyweight?
I can't help but think this plan is going to result in your untimely death from cardiovascular disease somewhere down the line.

I'm 6'1 mate. I'm wanting to be around 20 stone by January not bothered about been too lean just not a fat blob haha.
