IrishMarc said:If your wrapping your wraps propoarlly they should be f**king murder i.e. physically not able to bend knees without a decent weight on the bar/serious discomfort. I would only wear them for heavy squats (i.e. above raw max) and only if you plan on competing using them. If your worried about knee health invest in some decent knee sleeves and get nice squat technique. ^ there's your answer, good post^ I think when it comes to knee health, knee wraps make things worse not better. Squatting raw makes them Healthy and strong, throwing the wraps Is pretty sports specific? Gonna compete in them gonna have to learn how to get the most out of them so chuck em on a couple of weeks before your comp? I think if your a PL however you should use them at least once a week.

Wayne it was 1 tantrum compare to the literally f**king hundred of references you've made to Benchpress and benchshirts. This happens to me my sport you continually taking the piss out of and thought it was time to say something back. But I deep down I know you don't mean it and your just having banter and a laugh. Just niggled me. Anyhow Wayne doesn't matter doesn't effect our lives or training, sorry for calling you a muppet

I jet get sick to the back teeth of hearing it now. Every time I put on my squat suit "do they not do it in your size?" bench shirt "so you press more weight? That's cheating" No that's powerlifting. Like it or not it is. Just deal with it.

Be warned if you have size 9 feet for example you will want size 10-11 shoes. There meant to be tight for climbing, I mean mega tight but that's wank for comfort and truck pulling!

Look better, fitter, stronger and quality of life is just that bit better? All for losing some fat? Amazing isn't it

Go on Smalls I don't know any of them. Start at top left and go through the ones you know and leave a ? for the ones you don't. Maybe others will fill in the blanks. Doesn't Carl usually come up with the puzzles? What happened to pictionary? Resurrect!

Forgot to say you will still get accused of taking gear though because now you'll have abs and low bodyfat and apparently the only way to achieve this while keeping strength up is gear (but not many people give it a go for themselves but are pretty quick to comment on it!)

Huzi I read some where that HIIT increases testosterone, I do it, like Pompey said and no offence you might shed a few unwanted Kilos as well. I do sprints on a spin bike, 30 seconds at 100% perceived effort ( your only cheating yourself if you back off) followed by 1 min rest, basically cycle at a lower cadence repeat 15-20 times. No supps, no money spent and you get fit. Winner
