Two guys sharing a bench to concentration curl.

Really, really skinny guy 1/16th squatting in Ironworks - what's the point in spending all that money on squat shoes when you barely bend your knees?

Thought Tom trained at OSG?

DE and ME day? Bands, chains and a daft 'military' bar?

Sorry I can't help bit best of Luck in May. Strap it up during runs? You need some vet wrap.

Confused
I like sumo (not that I am great at it) so why would I slag it of?

Nevermind. I wasnt saying you were slagging it off. What I was saying is that because some people don't do it, they diss!?

That just pulling sumo dosn't make it easier for everyone. It's not a magic position where everyone pulls more and hence should not be allowed. It suits some people (generally helps get more carry over from the gear) and dosn't suit others.

Maybe you've got a chip on your shoulder Iain? Seriously I don't pull sumo but I wouldn't slag it off, I did give it a go and like you say just didn't suit me.

Really I've never retaliated in the past but in my personal life and on here I'm finding it increasingly difficult to hold my tongue. I've noticed wa**ers and people that act like arses go further than nice guys. So in future just gonna let rip when I feel the urge.

I've never bothered with partials, this could change my mind...

You do a fair bit of WL? So I presume you sessions are structured, technical (snatches, C+j) assistance for the lifts, from blocks, hang, jerk from racks etc, then squat, pulls last? Might be worth doing them at the end because it's not as technically demanding, less injury risk, less likey to bugger up your other stuff.

Can't hurt, throw 'em in woman Happy

Yh it was 277.5kg, Andy thought it was 272.5kg but the bar got miss loaded (slightly heavier!).

Yh exactly he's not breaking the rules. I think you were getting at the same thing as Mark earlier in the thread. Sumos allowed in PL like hitchings allowed in SM. Oh and here's another one for you guys in strongman (because you seem a bit slow) we do Benchpress not OH!

Edit: Moz awaits the SM backlash and the "bench is gay" comments.
