yup thats the plan Jonny. Im hoping that if I lose muscle mass off my legs I can put more across my chest/ shoulders/ arms. I know this horrifies some of you lol. I will be squatting or deadlifting around once a mnth. Might be doing some Monday night! I still leg drive tho so might throw in some leg presses. Lazy mans lifting lol

Joni said:my point was, if you just ban this block that deny others, how will you teach that kid to use the internet safely and well? Its like banning and blocking any access to traffic (which is of course much more dangerous place than internet will ever be!), but then one day your child wonders into the road and wouldnt know what to do. because no f**king way you can make sure they dont get online anywhere, ever.

this begs me to ask you guys on here, how many of you had internet as a child? Non? I didnt get on the net until I was an adult (last week lol)

shame about your arm kenders. 200kg bench would be awesome Happy
I hate that new-out-of-a-packet shirt session. Very uncomfortable

Mark my daughter is also 7 and I have to agree with Tony. Just eliminate the danger completly and block it! She'll be miffed but she wont be groomed. Just think how you would feel if something happend Unhappy remember that when shes nagging you to let her on it

yh you might struggle in a 50. Titan measurements are based on chest size so at a push you could fit in 54. Is the shirt well worn in or out of the packet? The thing with shirts is tighter they are the harder it is to use and sometimes you have to put that much weight on the bar you carnt press it back up Unhappy
to be honest mate if your doing strongman I wouldnt bother anyway! Its a bit like me doing atlas stones for bench! I presume you just wonna have a dabble see what its like?

sorry mate I came across like Mr know it all on last post. I was just trying to help Happy
What shirt is it? Where are you Im always up for some shirted lifting Wink

hey jp. Had a glance through your log, interesting! You do still train like a BB tho. On your chest day you do bench then loads of different exercises then finish with deadlifts? Mad. Why dont you try bench then deadlift then finish by doing 'chest'? The goals have changed after all. Your f**king strong tho so you must be ddoing something right Happy

jpPresser said:hi mate congrats on lift ...just wondered how you found the change from unequip to equip as i am seriously thinking of treating myself to a shirt to practise in any advice much appreciated

its a lot harder on the tris for a start. does anyone you lift with use shirts? Its worth having a couple of sessions with someone like Mr Flett. altho im alright in a shirt im not much of a coach. make up some boards aswel your gonna need them!
