My old boss has/had a page. John Senior. Don't really know why. That is all.

Edit: just checked it's still there, and while i'm not sure that he's famous i guess there's enough that warrants it. Although fluffing it out with what he did at college whiffs a bit of self involvement.

Watched some of it last night but i couldn't make it to the end, the presenter/format did my tits in.

Especially when he said he had to stop going for bike rides with his friends because he was so much faster than them (epo) it was embarrasing but he wouldn't tell them he was doping; surely if everyone went at their own pace they wouldn't ride together anyway, he was willing to announce it to the world via tv but not his training buddies, and it had no value to the show other than him humblebragging (which was what really grated me, it seemed half the time he spoke was to big himself up and thd other half to explain obvious s**t over and over).

I was meaning that the bottle (or plaggy pipe etc) costs pence, and the fancy rollers cost 50-100+ times that but they aren't 50 times better at applying pressure to a stretched muscle/tendon (which is the whole point).

As to looking a c**t, at least i'm a cheap c**t! And everyone looks a c**t to most folks at one time or another anyway, right?
» Does working a physical job make you better at powerliting? (Go to post)05-06-2015 @ 08:38
I used to lift 5-6 days a week until i started delivering carpets for 55+ hours per week... i trailed down to just trying to maintain my lifts doing whatever i could at the weekend/whenever i felt up to it. Even at 1 set per week of bench, overhead press and squats my lifts eeked up or maintained. Although i'm not powerlifter strong, so doubt my experience helps.

And as it goes, i got a 40 hours on my arse job by being professional and working hard doing the carpets for 5 months.

Sometimes helps, but they're all overpriced overhyped toss - a 2 litre pop bottle full of water works just as well in most cases, and a cut down pool noodle does the rest.

Unless you're a multi million dollar athlete on the cusp of major acute muscle injury, of course.

I think they are more concerned with lizard rights tbh.

I think a smart guy once said that any powers or rights given to the government are never given back, only discretely concealed for future hijinks. Or something like that, i'm not as smart as he was.

I have conflicting opinions on benefits (as i suspect most do, i doubt anyone is 100% all or nothing); but what irks me about it all is how the well-off are always pushing for half the working classes (low paid unskilled-moderate paid semi skilled) to hate the remainder (benefits claimants, ill & injured and carers etc). As if people dishonestly stealing thousands from 'the system' is limited to one end of the socioeconomic spectrum.

In all seriousness, who do you think would win in a fight between milliband and cameron? My money's on Cameron. That f**ker's got a vicious streak a mile wide.
John Prescott would rattle them both though.

Not sure it helps, but i've always thought it looks like Farage got chinned so hard he wound up with the jawline of postman pat.

Just f**king punch robert patrick from terminator 2; if you don't punch like a b**ch, your forearm will gloop in him and you'll have a mansized liquid metal forearm guard to keep it safe, and produce for you many knives and stabbing weapons.

I used to paused-close grip 140x5. I shaved, and now i pause-benched 140x3 and died. So you'll likely lose a considerable amount, plus your life. On the plus side, my squat has improved #angelwingsorsomes**t

It only counts if it's collin bryce calling you big, and even then only if he does it more than 12 times in one show. Owt else is just jealous midget bulls**t who haven't had the testiculomuscularplasty-height adjustment yet.
