I had my first attempt at circus dumbbell pressing recently so I can appreciate how hard it is. Excellent to see bodyweight press with one arm. Well done.

Yes Happy I know I can get a single with 100kg. However, I will not go with my ego and develop slowly for more efficient progress.

Yeah, I am being unfair. I don't have examples of members on here. As I mentioned I am being cynical with no justification rather a thought.

Some people, such as weightlifts, use kilo weights, so they may just be putting what they actually used.

Potentially yes, you are correct. However, the cynic in me believes they may round up the numbers without using microplates to be ahead of the list of people achieving the same weight.

Deficit Deadlifts:
Working sets: (Deficit; standing on extra mat.)
140kg x3.
160kg x2.
180kg x2.
140kg x6. x10.

Chalk used on sets 160kg+.

Rope Facepulls:
Working sets:
40kg x8.
50kg x8.

Lat Pulldowns:
Working sets:
110lbs x8.
100lbs x8.

Trap bar Shrugs:
40kg x8.
50kg x6.

At the risk of coming across as a wimp the trap bar has extremely course/rough gnarling which tor in to my hands. I limited the weight I did here. Perhaps my hands were still tender from deadlifting. I will use the trap bar more often to toughen up my hands.
