Training @ Bulldogz Gym Another heavy weekend on the vodka - 30th party on Saturday night that spilled into early hours of Sunday. Messy. Squats 10xBar 5x60kg 3x100kg 3x120kg Working Sets 3x130kg 3x145kg 5x165kg Carrying on with the 531 - felt strong tonight but then they should at 165kg. Leg Press 10x200kg 10x220kg 10x240kg 8x260kg Calf Raises 15x100kg 15x110kg 15x110kg 15x120kg Leg Curls 10x45kg 10x45kg 10x45kg Bike 10 Minutes @ Steady Pace Have a feeling my legs are going to be in bits tommorow - 10 mins bike finished them off. Would like to say ill have a quiet weekend but im going to V Festival on Friday so ill be getting f**ked up for 4 days. Cant wait. | |||
