Thanks guys - still mostly bodybuilding but with the core of my training being tailored around the big lifts.

Not really sure on 2012 plans - i struggle to train events as my wife works a 14 hour shift either Saturday or Sunday every weekend which means i have Toby and the other day is our family day so whilst my gym lifts are getting progressivly stronger i am really out of touch with events.

Robbo has been trying to talk me into doing Northern 105s but i think its out of my league.

Re-introuced deadlifts into my back session last night - started back light as im keen to keep to high reps like my assistance & i havent deadlifted properly since June.

Deadlifts - No Belt

Followed by DB Pullovers, Close Grip Pulldowns, DB Rows & Low Pulley Rows.

Piece of piss really which is promising as i was never good at repping even at such low numbers.

Training @ Junction Gym

Went over to Junction today to train with Robbo, Gra & Steve Roll who all looked strong as f**k and put my feeble lifting to shame.

Failed the clean on the 115s - purely down to lack of practice more than anything else.

Was great to catch up with Robbo & Gra and good to meet Steve. Wasnt expecting fireworks today given my time away from events & deadlifting etc but went for a bit of fun more than anything else.
