Graft is where the magic happens
Just read back on your log about pulling out of Salt Ayre...real shame mate
Hope the back get better... My knees are getting ruined by Yoke... Who thought running with extremely heavy weights across your back would be fun?

Im certainly enjoying all the extra volume. Would have liked to have done the comp but including the events session on Sunday ill probably only manage another 1 the week before the comp and would have liked to have been more prepared. Ill still be down to watch and cheer everyone on though.

Sam i was shocked too when i logged on and read things like yoke, farmers and medleys. Couldnt find any references to 'Build Bigger Biceps'.

Thanks Simon - i know it probably pained you to say something nice about one of my BB sessions.

Thanks Chris but You must have been looking at somebody else's journal cos that was far from beastly.

Was reading the medley and thinking theres no way i could do it. Or should i say theres no way i could be arsed doing it.

Great session mate. Claim the PB - your probably one of the most honest people on here when it comes to PBs.
