| I am in my comfort zone (this week atleast) I have lost a bit of focus and drive, this usually happens when i need a break or just have nothing to really push myself for, mabie at the bash in october i will do some 1 rep maxes and then i can push it with some goals. trouble is powerlifting isnt life or death and injury/illness can stop it all dead, so i dont rely on it to keep me sane, its just fun. and im the 3rd best bencher in great britain. | |||
