never realised there was so many uptight people. you think they dont tell jokes about us? i'd even laugh at a joke about me or my race (white), and i have black friends who would laugh at these jokes . they was funny jokes, the most of them any way

Was wondereing if any1 has any advice on how to find strongman events to enter for beginners or maybe some lighter intermediate. Been wanting to enter some for a while now but the only place i can ever find them are on here but are usually full up by time i seen them. Its just seeming impossible to find any at moment. I live in yorkshire btw

i eat alot of pistachios and cashew nuts. Pistachios are ok but a pain in the arse de-shelling em, and a fortune if you buy em already de-shelled. Cashews are really high in calorie and protein but also fat, not that it bothers me

all im sayin is when ever you cook anything it cooks out some of its nutritional value. For example when you cook a steak it might start with 28g of protein raw but when cooked may only have 22g left.
