check ur local tyre places, thats where i got mine from, n they just give me it cus they have to pay to get rid of them so i was doing them a favour. in fact they still have another 1 now so if u was willing to go pick it up theyd let u have it

haha, thats about as extreme as my cardio gets, although i do have quite a physical job. starting to get abit of a 'strongman belly' now though. dont know whether to be proud or not lol

wondering what u all do 4 cardio? i dont at all and my fitness is actually effecting my lifting, was trying to burn out on squats and i got 2 10 and felt like my chest was gonna explode, and basically at 15 my fitness failed b4 my legs! i read that jogging isnt meant 2 be any good if you're wanting to build muscle so was wondering what all u did
