I want to turn deadlifting from a massive weakness to less of a weakness, improve my squat technique, become better conditioned and ride out newbie gains as long as possible. Be nice not to embarrass myself in a first comp either.Grin

Deadlift 250+
Squat 210+
Log 125-130+
Bench, as much as possible, if in doubt cover yourself in chalk and pretend to be Jay Pateman!Grin Grin

Squat 240k in training (not a max), also 182.5 x 20 which is my best i think, competition 220 for 6?? Can't remember, deadlift 230 x 10 training, 230 x 7 competition, overhead I think I've done Viking press 110k for I want to say 7 in competition an 140 for 3 training, dumbbell 64k for 4 push press training, never in competition, log 110 x 2 training an think 95k for I think 4 in competition, axle 130k x 1 and 100k x 12 training, only time did it in comp was 146k an couldnt do it. A bunch of these numbers are in different years.

How heavy were you when you did these? I lost 30kg a year ago and am only just now getting close to my best deadlift of 220. Have you any idea about your current pb's?

Well done mate, I was there spotting Holly and making sure she had enough Jelly Babies! Was a really good day, well done on your lifts and PB's.

No, my rabbit has teeth very similar to mine. Think of a horse. Why do people assume this without really even thinking? If this were true we would be able to eat raw meat without getting sick.

Rabbits don't have canine teeth, even as a vegan I'm sure you do? Their large incisors are for cutting the good parts of plants and veggies, their cheek teeth are unlike anything you'd find in your mouth.

Hi all first post introduction and all that!Happy
