The Welsh line speed really impressed me, they put lots of pressure on the Italians defending and bar a moment of madness that would've been a really close game. You have to wonder what would happen to Parisse if he was a Kiwi?

I thought the two French try's were superbly taken after multiple English mistakes, but they looked tired towards the end, gutted to lose especially to the French but good to see some of the new caps go well.

It's not Ironman but there is bog snorkeling, wife carry and wheelbarrowing. Some people take it quite seriously so i'm told.

Llanwrtwd is an awesome place for the Green Events stuff, I have family members who do man Vs horse and the summer cider cycle was good fun last year. If you haven't booked accommodation yet I can recommend the Newyydd Arms, it's where the band generally is and gives you a nice short stagger to bed! Happy

Am i missing something here? everyone seems hostile towards this man, seemed like a pretty standard video to me?
The first thing you're doing is straightening your legs and your ass is going straight up, and then using you back for about 80% of the lift. Do lots of Glute Ham Raises ect, and strengthen your quads wouldn't hurt too.

You're not a member of a site until you've had a little stick, though I edited the bollox out in an attempt to get more useful info. Happy

Thanks folks, I'll work on keeping my arse down and back. Before next time I'll have my buddy lay off the coffee and chop the bollox out of any other videos to save irritation. Happy

Hi guys, I'm getting to the point where I think I need to breakdown my deadlift technique and start again. My thoughts are that I need more mobility around my hips to get lower at the start and give myself a better chance at using some form of leg drive to break the floor (my weakest point).

Any advice or criticism would be highly appreciated as I'm a bit of a novice on this sort of thing. Happy

Cheers

Ryan

This was the first time I managed to log press my body weight after struggling to clean 100kg for weeks before, Wayne Smith gave me some pointers and things got better, might have a go at a new pb in the new year, just need to develop a better leg drive! Happy
