Zydrunas has a one motion axle of at least 190kg

No mention of Zydrunas? I'm sure he could one motion any weight he wanted. Ed Hall probably would have stricted the 200kg log at the euro's if he hadn't been off balance. Radzikowski another shoulder freak. Do any of these chaps have one motion log videos on the web?

Good work Billy. As a wise man once said: "it is better to train, than to not".

will you hoist the the 2014 NAS masters trophy?

Do any of you guys think James Fennelly can go far in the sport?

Nick Best and Warrick Brant each had pretty nasty looking falls and were lucky not to get badly hurt. Pounstone said that was his first win since 2010 which I found surprising. Havent seen the Atlas stone to the shoulder before, wasnt a great event tho imo.

my favourite format is the dead/log/whatever for max weight. I think its much more entertaining than a reps competition. How about dumbell for max?? or 5 metre yoke for max?? you know it makes sense

what about the injury implications? athlete welfare is an area in strongman that has been overlooked for far too long.

one of my cats killed a rat last week, albeit a small one. i was proud!. billy perhaps if you don't feed your cat for a couple days and then leave him in the gym overnight he will have got rid of said rodent.

Good to know Terry. I believe Poundstone will be back at some stage also. Watched the 2009 Mohegan Sun Conneticut the other evening. Poundstone was in some shape, winning every event except the stones in which he placed 2nd.

Thanks Billy. You seem like a nice man.

Anyone know if Ortmayer's making a comeback? I really liked his fiery intensity.

was watching some wsm/giants live shows from around 2009 recently. Kevin Nee and Stefan Solvi Petursson were the young guns at that time who seemed set to make an impact on the sport. However I havent seen much of them since. Are they still competing?
