Zydrunas will win the squat guys, 7 reps of this in 2011 was like a warm up for him!

What happened to Shaw?!! That should have been tailor made for him. How did Z place so high in such a cardio based event?!!

Z second? Wow, wouldn't have guessed he'd beat burke and shaw on that

Big surprise, apparently Ed fell with the last tyre.

At least with no frame/farmers the guys hands won't be destroyed after the first event. I think its almost certain that Z, Thor and Shaw will be top 3, in what order is the question. Fancy Burke for 4th spot and Ed for 5th.

Technique? Flexibility?
Golf is like this- the biggest hitters are often slender and flexible. Finesse is key.

Not necessarily

I hit the ball further than anyone I've ever played with and am also larger and stronger than anyone I've played with

Yes, come to think of it many long drive champions are large and muscular. But consider the case of Michelle Wie, who could produce 300 yard drives as a 14 year old girl. Then again Stephen Ferris can hit a 200 yard 7 iron with half a back swing. So perhaps a balance of strength and technique will produce best results.

English golfer Paul Casey threw a golf ball 130 yards during an exhibition round a few years ago, now that's impressive!
