» Ed Hall 200 Strict log (Go to post)22-09-2014 @ 21:42
Why doesn't Ed use his legs, is it a matter of principle?

This thread should have a narrator, start every day with a recap sequence "previously on Paul Savage training log...".
» Core work? (Go to post)17-09-2014 @ 21:29
Wow! I thought this thread would be a ringing endorsement of core work, please don't tell me I have been doing those hateful planks for nothing?!

There is no jury.

I don't know how people can be so sure he's guilty of murder, there's no evidence he knew who was behind the door! He will be found guilty of manslaughter tomorrow and likely get a nice few years in jail. Although there is talk of house arrest as it wouldn't be practical to put him in a normal prison without his prostheses.

Hi friends,

Who would you vote as the strongest of all time?

For me its Zydrunas, but I'd say Ed Hall will be stronger in a few years.

How do reckon Kazmaeir or Louis Cyr would rank with the benefit of modern nutritional and training advances?

Elton john is class. I tend to get embarrassed when people discover my love of thrash metal, they react like I am a devil worshipper/ morally bankrupt!! Also certain girly pop songs like lady Gaga. I played voodoo people by the prodigy once in a bar to a strong backlash by the other patrons.don't know why people are so judge mental about music.

Yes really!! The presenter was brought into a room where there was this cow eating, and it had a big plug in its side. Guy took out the plug and there was a hole looking directly into its stomach!! Said it was the only way to observe how they digest grass.

Can't believe scientists cut a hole in a live cow to see what's going on inside. Sick.

Thanks dude, caught the second half of this and found it v interesting. I was bothered that the Harvard study and the other study didn't agree with each other, and they didn't know why. Otherwise, stay away from pig meat, would seem to be a strong finding. Beef etc OK in moderation.

Ha I wouldn't bet against it but if it did happen would be a huge achievement.

» New beard wearer, some observations. (Go to post)17-08-2014 @ 16:10
Beards fulfill the same function as a Lion's mane, making the wearer seem bigger and more fearful, thus commanding respect. And Lionesses really dig a big thick maneWink
