I get the exact same s**t. Think its to do with low salt levels, dehydration etc... Some people just get it and never find out why. Joni takes anti-cramp tabs, he can probs enlighten us more.

Great session tonight. Did everything beltless. I like the jerks behind the neck...it feels right there. Some great compliments from alan, veeery pleasing to say the least. From than on I was f**ked but still managed to get some decent work done. Adlington was packed with lots of biig weights being thrown around.
