Got my MRI results last week. Lots of problems have shown up including herniations and radiul annulus tears. Gonna back off for a while until i get a few more opinions. All this from about 2 and a half years ago when i was in a nasty bike accident.... oooo welll gotta plug away. Power cleans bar x lots x lots 40kg x 5 ,5 60kg x 5 ,5 ,5 ,5 ,5 70kg x 5 ,5 ,5 80kg x 3 squat cleans 60kg x 5 ,5 Push press bar x lots 40kg x 8 60kg x 8 70kg x 5 ,5 ,5 80kg x 5 ,5 90kg x 2 Power snatch 40kg x 2 + 3 from hang 45kg x 1 + 4 from hang 50kg x 1 + 4 from hang x 5 Bench 70kg x 5 90kg x 5 110kg x 5 120kg x 2 Sled work Running forwards and backwards with 15kg on sled rows, chest press's with 40kg and s**t loads of lying in the grass struggling to breath Training with rob again. Nice to catch up, will be back at adders during the day next week. | |||

Strongman at millsy's place today. Log 70kg x 3 80kg x 3 90kg x 2 100kg x 2 110kg x f ,f ,f ........f**ks sake lol 100kg x 2 Yoke 160kg x 20m 240kg x 20m 280kg x 20m 300kg x 20m PB +100kg farmers 20m And that was that for today. Got a big back pump after the yoke and farmers medly so left it there. Full house at millsy's place today, by far the busiest it has ever been. Great to meet a few people for the first time.. olly, stebaker and carl(JC's shot put mate). cheese burger!!!! | |||

Cheers Iain. At the mo im on a bit of everything, main focus's are strongman and getting the work in on the oly sutff until (hopefully) they become second nature. Still doing the powerlifts and progressing as quickly as ever. Will 100% do comps in powerlifting in the near(ish) future. | |||
