Millsy, Im not sure yet but im stayin optimistic. Spoke to a few people so far and its not sounding great as it is bothering me a fair amount...if there was no pain it wouldn't be too bad. Will know more soon.

Got my MRI results last week. Lots of problems have shown up including herniations and radiul annulus tears. Gonna back off for a while until i get a few more opinions. All this from about 2 and a half years ago when i was in a nasty bike accident.... oooo welll gotta plug away.

Running forwards and backwards with 15kg on sled
rows, chest press's with 40kg and s**t loads of lying in the grass struggling to breath Grin


Training with rob again. Nice to catch up, will be back at adders during the day next week.

Cheers Iain. At the mo im on a bit of everything, main focus's are strongman and getting the work in on the oly sutff until (hopefully) they become second nature. Still doing the powerlifts and progressing as quickly as ever. Will 100% do comps in powerlifting in the near(ish) future.
