Right just had some physio and a sports massage for my back and it is feeling much better but it still isnt 100%. Do i still train tonight but work on technique and reps, do i just go all out as i normally would or do i skip it altogether??

Ye you should see the state of the dumbs now, there are tons missing because they are broken but a shiny brand new set of dumbs will be arriving soon. The biggest problem with big gyms like this is the huge amount of 16 and 17 year old lads who come just to pose and look hard.

P.S Heads up to all you fellas near to total fitness at whitefield. We are 'secretely' organising a gym strongman comp. Should be wicked.

Preacher dumb curl(weights of seperate dumb)

Inclined bench dumb curl

Preacher curl (cable and one hand at a time)

15kg x 22 (challenged and shall pay for that one in the morning)

Than variouse ab work including some heavy sets on a power crunch machine.

Nice workout but sufferin DOMS in my lower back and glutes from sunday, normally concentrate on my deadlift tommorow but we will have to seeUnhappy.

Todays workout was real good and i think 75kg on the dumbs arent far away at all. Back still real sore but got a nice sports massage on wednesday booked (she has a nice rearTongue)

A damaged right oblique and a night on the beer hampered todays workout but i think i did well with the situation never the less.
