Just noticed that you mentioned some exercises to stop you failing halfway up on the squat - might I suggest that you leave them until you are more established in your 'new' squat form first? I am not saying the other work won't help but it might take some focus away from where it needs to be.

Just my $0.02.

It is pretty much a case of 'Let's taunt these guys and see what they do'.

I think I'd be even more annoyed once I found out some random stranger had 'pranked' me, and I am mild mannered and law abiding.

Hang on though, not squatting everyday is certain death too.

s**t, the agony of deciding which option to take is killing me....

I don't think I have commented in your log for many a year but I have followed your recent build up with interest. It looks like you have a solid set of goals and a real possibility of hitting them all - now just do what you've trained for and have fun!

If you call yourself a prick it's one thing - if someone else calls you a prick it's something else...

So, you spends thousands of pounds on large amounts of food and supplements (both supplements and "supplements"), spend years down the gym lifting back-breaking weights and...wait for this..... one day you FIND IT DIFFICULT TO FIND CLOTHES THAT FIT! Not only that SOME SEATS ARE TOO SMALL FOR YOU! You may also find that YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO WALK VERY FAR LIKE SOMEONE WHO IS ILL.

f**k my life, that must come as big surprise because it's not like you've done it all to yourself on purpose.

Do you think those squats were in then? Well in or just in?

Just to say I am not one of those who believe that squats need to be buried to be beneficial and I agree that ascribing his strength solely to PED's is a bit c**tish. But were are looking at the same footage and seeing it differently and I am always interested as to why.

Really? Admittedly depth is sometimes questionable from him, but I wouldn't have said this is one of those instances

Yes, really.

I thought the OP was joking about the depth.

if the camera is below knee level from a front angle like this then squats look deeper than they are.

Is it beyond the ken of man to film a squat from the side at a decent level?

It goes without saying that Lillebridge is a great lifter but..... there shouldnt need to be a 'but'.

Welsh Dragon - Dale Norris...

Was recently browsing through some old training logs at SDF - obviously many of that old crew made the transition over here, anyone know what he's up to these days? Or any of the other faces? Obviously a certain Table Tennis player did alright for themselves....
