16.8.15 Got a bit slack with logging and I can't be arsed to go over what I've missed logging. Basically I've not done much squatting, hip still hurts to squat though I did have one good session last week and may have found something that makes a difference. I have decided to not lift in the British now, though if possible I'll still be going down to coach/drink. Pretty hard without having any acceleration leading up to that portion of the ROM. Based off the SSPT modification for deadlift, which if I remember correctly is what the USAPL's team coach uses to program deadlifts, so hopefully it should work well.
