I told that it looked interesting to mee, and that i getting started with it in 1 day.

On another board in the netherlands it is a hype right now: on www.bodynet.nl are there 6 members at this moment who are following this right now(2013).

I have done this routine several times, and my conclusion is that the routine is simple but that makes it so good.

No bulls**t at all, just lift!

It works for me and for many other people who i have trained with.

(I am from the netherlands, so my english is not very well)

I would like to thank the maker of this(he added 80 kg in 6 year to my deadlift!)
