Started running Juggernaut Method as it came highly recommended. Will see how it holds up. Day 1 of 10s wave today. Conflating Bench/DL and OHP/Squat this week so I can get all training days in before the weekend.

I have absolutely no idea. I'd like to say I have an efficient pull...but then it's probably not that. Is it really that much though? My best snatch is 90, power snatch 80.
