Eat good foods most of the week, eat s**t foods once a week. Planning the one day out like a feast makes it nice, but then usually I don't eat half of what I thought I would.

Final year undergrad. I basically make Uni my 9-5 and then train after. Works fine.

Edit: During exam/essay time it's great to get away from the academic stuff and just lift.
